KUDDI Return & Exchange Policy

At KUDDI, we’re committed to delivering unique, high-quality fashion jewellery. While we hope you love every piece, here’s our simple and transparent return policy:

Return Eligibility (Non-Offer Purchases Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return is only applicable on products purchased at full price (not during any sale or offer).

💸 Return Charges

  • A return courier charge of ₹100 will apply and be deducted from your store credit.

  • The remaining value will be issued as a KUDDI credit note, valid for your next purchase.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@kuddi.in within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return, along with product images if required.

  3. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, a credit note will be issued within 5–7 business days.

No Returns or Exchanges On:

  • Products purchased during any offer, sale, or promotional period

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, nose pins)

  • Custom or personalized orders
